Very nice hidden gem in Inver Grove Heights! Tucked away down by the Mighty Mississip, the Overboard has very welcoming staff and really delicious food! The Crispy chicken sandwich, Cali burger and hot crispy fries were terrific! Right on the marina, ' win a Coach purse night', and bocce ball should be enough to entice the curious and daring.....and the hungry!

I went there for the first time with a friend of mine and it was a lot of fun. It was a nice warm day we sat outside on the deck had a few beers and had a great view of the river. John and I went there a couple weeks later and met the owner Todd. Really nice guy. It’s a smaller place but that’s great if you don’t want to be in a loud stuffy bar. I highly recommend going there you’ll enjoy yourself. We didn’t eat but heard the food is really good.

Good bar food! Open year round. Lots of yard games available including bags, bocce ball and volleyball courts. Never have to wait too long like the other river bar that's close, where you wait FOR.EV.ER! Not to mention Overboard has a the large patio with plenty of seating.

Went for a paint & sip party but went a little earlier that way we could have a few drinks and lunch beforehand. Great food: she ordered a burger & fries, I got a chicken sandwich & onion rings & we split homemade egg rolls - sooooo good! We saw they also carry heggies pizza (always a win in my book). They also have a good selection of whiskeys: they even have my black cherry Windsor. We'll be back even if there isn't a paint event, can't wait for warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor space!

Went there for a birthday party recently and I just thought it was a cute and cozy little place. My sister and her husband have been there many times in the past though. The location is really different, but fine!
